Is Bactrim a better drug or Septran? My 22 year old neice was advised to take Bactrim who suffers from UTI (Urinary tract infection) while I was asked to take Septran for the same cause. Which of the two is a better drug?

Bactrim is double dose of septran... Bactrim is better... There are many novel drugs available in market
