Sensorimotor OCD
I have a crazy obsession over the way how I blink, swallow and make eye contact. Specifically, I constantly felt like swallowing my salvia a lot for no reason. I'm unmotivated to do many things now. It's been frustrating. In the middle, I forgot about that but recently I started getting fearful thoughts about that fear persisting in my life forever. Unfortunately, many people don't know about this type of OCD. What to do? How to eliminate anxiety of this?

Hello there I can understand what you might be going through. You might be very tensed and worried about what's happening with you. No need to worry. Consult a good Psychologist and a Psychiatrist as soon as possible. Don't waste time in handling this on your own. Take care. Stay safe and strong. Everything will be alright. You got this!!
