I have a crazy obsession over the way how I blink, swallow and make eye contact. Specifically, I constantly felt like swallowing my salvia a lot for no reason. I'm unmotivated to do many things now.
It's been frustrating. In the middle, I forgot about that but recently I started getting fearful thoughts about that fear persisting in my life forever. Unfortunately, many people don't know about this type of OCD. What to do? How to eliminate anxiety of this?
