I have some flow of water like fluid when I think, feel for someone or talking to loved ones. It happens whether I get erection or not. Is it due to sensitivity Or weakness of pennis?
I am not married. Please suggest homeopathy, ayurvedic treatment.
I will be thankful.

Hello,
The issue as described by you above is termed as Precum. Some people may also experience semen leakage while asleep or after urination. Some semen may leak out during periods of sexual arousal.
For example, semen leakage may occur during any type of sexual activity or while having sexual thoughts. Leakage may also occur just before or just after ejaculation.
Another fluid, called pre-ejaculatory fluid, may also leak during sexual activity. Pre-ejaculatory fluid is also known as precum.
Semen leakage during certain activities is normal. However, frequent or excessive leakage may cause distress. People who have concerns about semen leakage, or other aspects of sexual functioning, should consult a Sexologist to help them in getting the above issue resolved.
They will then be investigated and prescribe treatments where necessary.

Its called dhaat or precum..

To get rid of this problem permanently without any side effects..
To be sexually fit completely..
You don’t need any treatment dear
This is absolutely a normal reaction
The fluid is nothing but the prostatic fluid
It’s intended to lubricate your passage so that semen can flow easily plus it provides nutrition to the sperms
It is just the normal neuro muscular coordination it also means that your reproductive system is responding to your thoughts.
So just RElAX
No medicines needed
It’s not Dhaat or anything else
You are just young and excited and nothing is wrong in it .
God Bless!
