Kindly consult the dentist who have done the treatment... they must have given you the medication. Need to rule out the reason for sensitivity if it’s there even after the treatment.. could be because of any other tooth decay in the mouth...

After pulpectomy sensitivity may occur if crown length is not proper from borders. If that is the issur then after having water or anything it cause sensitivity. You should consult a dentist for this.
