Sensational kind of pain in veins. This.

I got the pain in my leg around a month back and then it developed in my legs too. I felt it is something related to veins or nerves. It's not a kind of sustained pain but a kind of sensation which comes and go. In our local language we do say it like tis tis karta hai. I am having a medicine named Trinerve from last 10 days and also do stretching sometimes but that hasn't helped to get rid of this yet. It still there and now it has also developed in my back below my neck. Some physical activity which I did before it happened like playing volleyball and helped father in some farming work that includes a lot of weight lifting as well. Just mentioning if that can be a cause. Other than that in last one month I have struggled with desease like piles, Anxiety, fat growth on my right nipples. For now I am ok with all these but that veins pain or sensation causing me trouble. Please help me to understand and get rid of this.
