Sensation throughout whole gut
I feel a gut issue I don't feel pain or cramps but there is a sensation throughout my whole gut I was diagnosed with active and chronic ulcers FAVOURED and also h.pylori in my stomach the sensation starts from my tonsil I also have tonsillitis problem till my just above anus or reproductive organ there were some piercing sensation some times. I feel low temperatures like I feel 2-3 degrees less then my family members they say it's hot and i cover it myself with a blanket I have pimples appearing too, mood is not good too.

You are most likely having acid reflux that is causing burning sensation in chest and tonsillitis. Avoid spicy,hot and oily food .Take a light meal .do not take food that fills your stomach fully. Do not lie down for 1 hour after taking meal. Get stool for h.pylori ,if you are having weight loss ,blood in stool get upper GI endoscopy done .
