Semi solid stools,very low urine,

Asked for Male, 23 Years

Since summer , iam suffering from low urine 50 ml ,once ,sometimes situation is ok. But i feel fullness in stomach ,loss of appetite, sound of water in stomach , stool is in the state of chutney ,no urine , This always happens post masturbation or drinking lemon juice. Reports of kidney ,ct scan pelvic normal Also undergone retrograde urethrogram, normal.
