Semen leakage in urine,thin semem

Asked for Male, 28 Years

Sir , past 7 years I am suffering semen leakage in urine due to alcoholic effect .Now it becomes more semen in urine frequently , watery semen , erection does not reach its full length. Unable to do sex , pennis size decrease and not stronger than previous . Sir I tried many herbal medicine but no improvement. What to do ??? .Is it cureble or not ??? Should I marry because I love someone deeply....Pls helpe me
