Selsun shampoo for dandruff,flaky scalp
Hi doctor,
How is selsun shampoo for dandruff treatment? Shall I leave it for 3 mins before washing with water? I have got dandruff , flaky scalp and took this under medical supervision.
Please suggest if this will help if I use it twice a week.Does it have side effect like hairfall?
Please guide me,it will really be a great help.

No u can continue it, keep it for nore then then 10mins then wash it off, continue twice in a week and continue it

Dandruff can be treated with lotions and shampoo (not commercial ones). Some people do have more oily scalp which cause visible flakes which we call dandruff. There are some other conditions also which can present like flaking of the scalp and have to be ruled out. Do not apply oil on scalp as it will increase the problem.
