Self talking&social phobi
Iam dr.srinivas.I think iam having some insight psychiatric disorder.iam talking with me when I was alone.with imaginary ,fake&unreal situations. and iam having some social phobias like glossophobia and stagefright . from last 3-4years iam suffering with these prob .nowadays it's gets worsening. I tried to overcome this prob by self preparation and meditation. but icant. because of theses probs cant concentrate properly on my studies and ilost my confidence too ! what should be exact problem ? is there any chance to comeout ?

Dr Srinivas, I think you are having anxiety disorder. Self talk needs to be evaluated to come to a conclusion as to what is it. But there is treatment available for it and you need to come and consult. Kindly make an appointment and come and see me there is a way out.
