Self hatred and major unhappiness
Some days I don't really feel like doing anything. I look in the mirror and it's visible on my face that I'm not happy with what I see, not only mentally and physically but also emotionally. My moods are very polarised from extreme enthusiasm to detachment and dissatisfaction with the world. Some days I feel like eating a lot and others I feel guilty and don't eat much. I have a lot of mood swings and am very sensitive to others perceptions of me. I read rosy perceptions of the world and wonder why I can't be like that.

Dear you, For starters how about for time being don't look into the mirror. Sometimes literally ignoring the thing that makes you question your sanity is the first step to sanity. Example:  closing your eyes while watvhing the horror movie when a scary scene comes. Its not about closing eyes forever, just till the time you are ready to see something that might scare you but not make you feel like a weakling.  And also don't try so hard to be so different so soon.  Don't be soooo harsh on yourself to be perfect. Look around somebody who was popular in your school last year might not be popular today. The best way to deal with polarized feelings is to leave it on time. And don't indulge extreme of moods. Example. Today you feel like eating 1 scoop of ice cream tomo 2 scoop after that no scoop. What you do then ?? Have a lower limit and upper limit. That is not to go beyound 1 and half scoop and not to go below 1 scoop.

1. start spending time around your family. don't remain aloof. don't do anything or talk . just be in their presence. 2. for time being no mirror to analyze yourself. mirrors are to see reflections not for reading your face. 3. and study
