My daughter is extremely shy to speak to new people and also in school, I am suspecting SM. Doctor do you also consult for kids if not could you suggest where to start?

Make sure she speaks well at home and wid her nearby frnz and relatives. if this s d situation there are high chances of SM. this mostly does not improve with age. Change of school can help. or a better therapy is like frst you ask questions to your child. she ll answer. slowly introduce some other person relative etc and pursue questions till she answers. this may help..👍
