Hi All docs. I hve seizures and m getting married and its night how can i avoid the same 1. Normal MRI 2. Normal EEG 3 Normal CT scan. I m taking enchorate chorono 500mg twice a day on regular basis Thanks!

Seizure and epilepsy is different. If you’re diagnosed with epilepsy you’ll need to take encorate for a minimum of 3 yrs from last seizure and can be tapered and stopped. If it was a single seizure episode and there was a provoking factor( alcohol/drugs, fever/ encephalitis, head injury etc) - if that factor has resolved encorate can be stopped
