From the medication it looks like you have focal seizures.you need an MRI of brain and EEG and if there is any problem ,u need specific treatment for that.you are using quite high dose of medications.what is your body weight? With the limited information given by you it is difficult to suggest treatment changes.kindly consult a good neurologist
