Consult an ophthalmologist to find out exactly what is causing the blurring. Causes may range from simple causes like refractive errors to more serious congenital anomalies of the eye. But whatever the cause, amblyopia must have set in by now and the chances of u getting full vision in that eye are very low, but there may be some improvement when the cause is treated.

From your history ,it seems to be case of amblyopia but you are already 25 yrs old,in this age amblyopia is incurable, Vision improvement is only possible up to 10- 12 yrs by pleoptic treatment.
Next Steps
consult local Opthalmologist for refraction, if it is due to refractive error ,Vision will improve with glasses or diagnosis will be confirmed why you are having blurred vision in one eye.
