Secondary sexual charecte

Asked for Male, 26 Years

Iam 26 years old. Male. I do not look like as if i am that age because iam not getting secondary sexual charectets like mushtouqe, beard, hair on chest etc. I have also checked my testesterone levels. It is about 5.25. Is there any solution to my problem
