I have had bowel issues since many years. But since few weeks I noticed increased amount of yellowish discharge. Around 10-15 days of my cycle it's tinged with blood. My doctor said it can be mid cycle bleeding. But since few days, i am experiencing pain in vagina, right lower abdominal pain near pelvis, bloating and lower back pain sometimes. When I googled it, the symptoms were that of ovarian cancer. My gynaecologist thinks I may have urine infection. I am scared. Please help. I am unmarried.

First thing don't Google so much... These symptoms are so common so think about common things not the extreme like ovarian cancer.. Second thing evaluation is important don't think that you might have this and that problem better do all important test and sonography to diagnose the condition.. Follow the advice of a gynac
