23 year old male with petechia, recently diagnosed with ACUTE leukemia, platelete count:12000 WBC:1100 HB/HT:14 RBC MORPHOLOGY:normocytic normochromic.NRBC:3/100 WBC WBC diff: moderate leukopenia, about 30% blast I HAVE MORE INFORMATION THAT I CAN GIVE BUT I JUST NEED A SECOND OPINION

Acute leukemia is disease of blood stem cell which can be fatal if not treated.with right diagnosis and treatment,good long term oitcome can be expected
