Second Grade Internal Hemorrhoids
My father, 66 years, is suffering from Second Grade Internal Hemorrhoids as you can see from attached files. He was suffering from heavy anus bleeding for which he was prescribed some medications as you can see in the files. He went fine and then he discontinued medicines except Laculose which he is regularly taking two TSP daily night since more than 6 months. Last night, he again suffered from bleeding and we are very much worried. Could you prescribe some medications? Should he discontinue Lactulose syrup?

Bleeding is expected in hemorrhoids. lactulose syrup helps relieving hard stools and thus reduce bleeding. .take that syrup until 3 loose stools a day... Continue old prescription with site bath and lignocaine ointment If severe bleeding causing anemia he may need surgery
