Seborrea - when will I get cure. Lot?

The problem is  so far I didn't get any problems when I take Isotretinoin tablets. I only used to get dry lips when I used to take 10mg per day but now hair fall is happening I don't know why it's happening so far it's good.. My head felt more try and hair fall started. I am sure.. This is because of the tablet I am taking. Please let me know if it's normal... Can I leave it as normal   or should I have to care about this lot?  And also my doctor mentioned it as  Seborrea dermatitis and its happening due to excessive oil production in the body, when will I get cure from this and at present  I my age is 24 year 8 months. Will this production of excessive oil will stop or reduce at what age. And why am getting this now before when I was in 16-21 age I did not face this problem. When will I get cure from this as soon as.. Thank you.
