Sebaceous cysts on scrotum

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I'm suffering from sebaceous cysts on my scrotum from the past 2 years. There are about 15-20 in number ranging from 3 large sized ones (size of peanut) to 12 small ones. Is there a remedy? Are they harmful? What is the procedure to get rid of them? Can infertility or damage of vas deferens be a potential side effect of the treatment?

Multiple sebaceous cyst does not affect ur potency or fertility. It's skin problem, but u may feel inferiority complex due to its appearance. If u feel, you can get it removed via surgery, at any time.
