Scrotal swelling & pain around 45 days. No improvement after medication what to do General surgeon suggest surgery for that. Medication Doxycycline +metrogyl 400mg + uriliser Sefdin 300mg + banocide Now prulin 600mg for 5 days & TAMFIL

Hi sir. Can you please let us know what surgery has been suggested by doctor and for what problems. Epididymorchitis does not require surgery usually.
