Scrotum enlargement
The right side of my scrotal sac is big in size (size of a big apple). Sometimes it is soft, sometimes hard. I can feel both testes separately. No pain so far. No problem with urine or sexual life. Discomfort, heaviness is experienced at times. Pant look bulged in that region. Worried about this situation of mine.
