Hi doctor pls urgent message since the fever after using p100 didn't for 2 days it's like coming and wen I use syrup it is going down and coming. So our pediatrics doctor suggested
Oflavin 3 ml twice daily and ebastine tablet half twice daily . After using for one day the fever dropped but from early morning motions started for baby and stomach pain also started. She is screaming sometimes suddenly in the day uncontrollable I don't know what happened will those tablet and antibiotic syrup given cause this pain and motions . Pls explain yy my baby had only formula milk

Persistent fever needs to be assessed in person by pediatrician as sometimes viral can spread to chest also, check for nasal blockage by mucus that is the most common cause of irritability, if present then u can use saline nasal drops. Crying is unlikely due to these medications.
