Scratching sensation in multiple areas

Hi, I have recently got this thing where I get small pimples in different sections of my body on the skin. I feel like scratching them and once I scratch it gets big into multiple small pimples together and stays like that for a long time (more than 10 days). However, the scratching sensation does not stop. Please suggest.
