Scratch in neck , got hurt
Hello. My daughter who is 5 years old was playing with a whistle and she had the rope of the whistle on her neck while playing. My husband pulled it by mistake and it scratched her neck. She has slight blood in few places. She's ok otherwise and playing. Can I apply neosporin please. Attached pic. Kindly advise. I'm worried. Thank you.

You can give Ibugesic syrup twice daily for 3days
And you can apply betadine ointment locally twice daily
Nothing to worry if child is active and playing
