I was holding my puppy mouth to put the medicine inside i was scratch but no saliva on it and i force the scratch to bleed...is it dangerous for or do i need to get vaccine for anti rabbis ?

Yes as a precaution you must have Tetanus toxoid injection and Antirabies vaccine.
