It is a autoimmune disorder. It may show some mental symptoms.
Sometime if symptoms are suppressed by mal treatment then it may cause mental symptoms.

More associated with psychosis. Psychosis may also be induced in some patients by medications given for scleroderma. But not to worry. Discuss with treating doctor.
