My wife has sciatica pain in the back left side, she feels while walking, we confused what to do because sometimes it's pain and sometimes not. Suggestions are most welcome.

Get MRI scan of lumbosacral spine and meet a spinal Surgeon. Sciatica is not treatable by messages
