I am Danish Kaushal, a 28 year old male professional. I have a very sedentary lifestyle with no physical exercise.Of late, I am getting worried about fat accumulating on my tummy and other fitness related issues. So, to get in shape and be fit, I want to join Gym for weight lifting.
However, I am suffering from Sciatica due to which my lower back aches if I indulge in some physical activity for longer duration and at the same time sciatica pain sensation also radiates to my left leg. So my query is if I should go for weight training with such medical conditions,if not what are the other workout options?

You should first treat your back ache and sciatica pain. Strengthen your back and abs muscle enough that they can support your spine.
Then only start gym or anything.
Physiotherapy treatment would be best option for treating such pain.
