Schizophrenia,depression
I have major depression,schizophrenia,general anxiety disorder and ibs,someone told me take saraswatarishtam(liquid) and ashwagandha powder so what is the dosage and when to take .i have to take allophatic medicines after breakfast and dinner so what should be time gap between two if these ayurvedic medicines are taken after meal,which one to take first ayurvedic or allophatic and for how many days. will only these are sufficient or i have to take another also with these. whether i will get completely cured if i follow ayurveda .please help and suggest in details

If you also suffering from IBS the add some other medicine like bilwadi churna, kutaj ghan vati and mustakarist, bramhi vati also. Doses schedules are 1. Kutaj ghan vati 1tab, bramhi vati 1tab, chitrakadi vati 1 tab all 3 take after breckfast and at evening 6-7 pm with normal water. 2. Ashwagandha churn 3gm +bilwadi churna 3gm after lunch and after dinner with normal water. 3. Sarswatarist 10ml + mustakarist 10 ml at bed time only with equal water.. Allopathic medicine take 1hr gap with ayurvedic medicine, you may take before or after the ayurvedic medicine no issue.. If want to more details you may contact us...
