Hi, Dr my mother is a mental patients (SCHIZOPHRENIA)Bipolar disorder she have severe high and low moods and changes in sleep, energy, thinking, and behavior.Its long-term mental illness involving a breakdown between thought, emotion, and behaviour, leading to faulty perception, inappropriate offensive thoughts, withdrawal from reality and have delusion, She just say things out and conversate to herself. medicines are being used for the treatment but nothing really helpful... please help

Pls look for counselling support and also there needs to be psychoeducaton and support for the care givers.
