Scars and tiny bumps😔
Hllo sir/madam,i am fed up of using creams and lotions...i was using retino a micro 4% with cetaphil lotion and again my doc prescribed deriva bpo with moiz LMF48 lotion, but i started with tiny bumps and scars left out as it is caused due to pimples ...i again started using retino with LMF 48...but i am still not satisfied..i want my face to be clear...or can i use home remedies...?my face is bit oily,because of winter may be its dry now!!! Pls do the needfull ...!! I have attached the pics of my face wher scars are still left out!!!

Thanks for the query. Scars are amenable to various treatment options and it has to be customized based on your scar type. Acne scars are basically 4 types and each may need a different approach. The treatment depends on the duration of scar and ability to follow-up. The advance treatment option includes Fractional CO2 lasers in multiple sessions and is currently the procedure of choice. Other options include dermaroller with or without mesotherapy, subcision and some other procedure. Certain patient benefit when oral medications are given concomitantly. Topical creams may be of little use and will supplement laser treatment.
