Is there any cream or gel which can remove my scar skin slowly...?means remove upper layer of skin...so there new skin will come on that area...

Nothing can remove your upper skin layer. Scar treatment doesn't work like this. Some creams can help but the best treatment is fractional carbon dioxide laser resurfacing. It can improve the appearance of the scar but it also depends what kind of scars it is. Microneedling and platelet rich plasma therapy can also be tried.
