I have a scar on my forehead. Which is because of an accident happened 8 yrs ago. Can i remove it without any surgical treatment?

The depth & intensity of the injury & the extent of scar formation determines the result of removal of the scar.
You can consult a dermatologist, who can perform cosmetic surgery & remove or reduce the extent of scar
