Scar problem
I have hyperpigmentation in my inner thighs and due to over weight I used to get painful boils in my inner thighs. Now when i am getting towards healthy weight, the hyperpigmentation is decreasing but those boil marks are not healing . The scars are somehow swollen from the skin... I am attaching pictures . How to get rid of it?
