Scar on hard palate
I have scar like ridges in a patch formation on my hard palate. Basically, there is a patch on my hard palate which feels rough and irregular to touch. It has no physical appearance, so you can't see it but I can feel it with my tongue or my finger. It is appreciated if any solution is suggested.

It could be due to fibrosis .
Avoid spicy foods, tobacco, betel nut chewing and other irritants.
Consult Ent surgeon for further evaluation and treatment....
