Scar in pupil
I have a scar in eye pupil because of this my vision is reduced too much and scar is due to injury which I have got before 8 years.

You wanted to mean you have opacity in cornea which is causing dimness in vision.
If the opacity is superficial then soft steroid can be tried else Keratoplasty will be the best option.
