Scanty flow during periods

Asked for Female, 28 Years

In 2011,visited a gynaecologist for UTI problem but she unwatedly prescribed oral contraceptive pills for 3 months Duolton l due to which I gained too much weight and my periods became very light lasting only for 2 days that too with less flow,my b0dy is carrying the negative side effects of those pills till now and I'm very disappointed with her wrong treatment. Please suggest a way how to correct it and how can I get back to my old physique with normal periods as I had earlier.
