Scanning does not show baby growth

Asked for Female, 34 Years

I m pregnant for last 7 week 3 days , scanning does not show baby growth and heartbeats, do any type of growth harmonies medicines will help , can I wait for another 2 weeks and get the scanning done. What's the cause of this , do less food eating affect this or this depends on something else .
