Scan for baby's body parts growth

I'm 10th weeks pregnant. Since I have congenital disability in my right hand, I wanted to know the name of the scan that can help me check the growth of my baby's body parts correctly. I'm scared that issue that I carry should not be carried by my child. Please help me with scan name and when it can be done ?
