Scaly skin in multiple areas
I've been getting these small round scaly patches all over my body (inside of thighs, chest, and under my breast). The skin looks scaly and glossy, and is itchy. I've been moisturizing it with coconut oil, but the number is growing alarmingly and I don't know what to do. It first started with a small round patch on my left inner thigh, and then I found two more on my right. It seems to be infecting smaller scabs or wounds like scratched mosquito bites or scratches and making those into these patches as well. A preliminary Google search makes me believe it's either pityriasis rosea, some sort of eczema, or ringworm. Please help.
