Scalp scaling,iching,bald

Since 1 yr my scalp is iching a lot ignored it hoping it was dandruff but now along with severe iching, scalp scaling is also observed with loss of hair and patches formation . please help

Hello.......Most common cause is dandruff otherwise it could be due to poor nutrition especially iron and protein deficiency, head lice, ringworm infection, psoriasis etc.. Doctor has to examine.. So consult dermatologist in nearest hospital..... ..
