I was diagnosed with a scalp psoriasis yesterday my doctor prescribed me with momate lotion... Can u pls say me what have caused scalp psoriasis for me and whether it is permanently curable.... And whether will it spread to other persons....

Psoriasis is a Chronic condition which has to be kept under control. Just like diabetes can be controlled but you cannot remove diabetes after you have it once. We can treat psoriasis effectively, but we cannot predict recurrences.
