M in a position to know whether it's becoz of dandruff or psoriasis .There is a ring worm type on back of my neck ..but there is no pain or itching ..so please advice me what I have to do?

This condition can be possibly seborrhoic dermatitis or psroriasis ,as these conditions are relapsing and remitting please consult ur nearby certified Dermatologist for further treatment
