Scalp Psoriasis-Dandruff
I have been using salytar shampoo and Halosys lotion for scalp Psoriasis. This worked for a month. But i see scalp dandruff is back now. It's itchy, reddish with dandruff flakes attached to scalp. I have stopped using Salytar which was a coaltar and salicylic based shampoo. I am now using Salicia KT since 2 weeks. But i do not see any improvement. Scalp dandruff is back very next day. Its irritating to see dandruff falling across floors when hairs are shaked or lying on bed after sleep. I am a victim of this since months, please help.

Hi! It sounds more like severe scalp psoriasis. Tar shampoo should help.
