Scabies treatment
I am experiencing itching & developing red rashes and wound around my genital (penis) area. I have consulted doctors in past for treatment and doctor advised for taking permethrin cream alongwith evermectin. After taking the complete dose of medicine for next few months it is working well. But again after few months it is recurring and the itching is getting painful. Kindly advise for better treatment.

Probably fungus not scabies..Fungus or yeast infection....common around skin folds like thighs and genitals.. avoid sweating, sharing clothes,towels and soap.. specific medicine required depends on the severity.. for detailed prescription do direct online consultation by sending photos.
