Greetings. You don't only need to take prophylaxis but you need to take proper treatment. You can take a single tablet of oral ivermectin 12mg and also apply permethrin overnight for entire body once in a week for couple of weeks. Use anti histamine if u have itch. Wash all clothing n bedding. Further queries may be sent on follow up messaging.
