Saw palmetto and ejaculation problem .
Hi Doctor ,
I took saw palmetto ( 500 mg ) , and beta sitosterol 120 mg , to reduce my DHT as I was getting hair fall in 2016 , but after few days I found I'm unable to ejaculate , I left this herbs immediately but still not reversed ,
I don't have erection problem , I have only ejaculation problm , I went to urologist he gave me PDE5 inhibitor, but it didn't work, I did my total testosterone level test and it is 3.38ng/ml , which is very low , but Dr suggested its in range and gave me PDE 5 inhibitor , I used but not getting ejaculations , and no libido too , my testicle shrinking and penis too , what to do ? :(

Your testosterone level is very low.
Go for LH and FSH along with free testosterone levels at 8am in the morning and revert back.
