Igg is not suggestive of current active infection, however as rtpcr is negative and your symptoms are two weeks ago, its likely that you are not currently actively infected.

Since your rtpcr is negative  probably  you are in convalescent  phase of the disease. Your IgG are high due to  recent infection . You can move around  like normal.
